ENTRY DEADLINE
March 16, 2015

ELIGIBILITY

  • High School: Must be a current member of your state High School Athletic Association (http://www.nfhs.org/stateoff.aspx) as well as under the rules of the National Federation of State High School Association (NFHS), and be able to compete according to your state's rules and regulations. Only grades 9 through 12 are eligible to participate according to NFHS sanctioning guidelines. Teams are responsible for verifying their team's eligibility prior to registering or making travel arrangements. Teams only, no individual athletes.
  • College / University: - Must be a currently eligible athlete representing a NCAA, NAIA, Junior College, or NCCAA member institution.
  • Open Runners: will be eligible according to NCAA or USATF and open races will be conducted according to USATF rules. Open runners must be collegiate or post-collegiate athletes. No unattached or individual high school athletes.

Dining Options

ESPN Wide World of Sports Grill
The ESPN Wide World of Sports Grill is a quick-service restaurant located at the entrance to the sports complex. Menu items include burgers, sandwiches, and salads as well as an assortment of desserts and beverages.

Dining Options Ordering Boxed Meals
Teams have the option to place catering orders in advance of their trip for quick, easy and well balanced boxed meals, bulk beverages, and/or snacks. The convenience of having your meals planned in advance will save on time and stress.


Place your order at least 2 business days prior to the event date. Deliveries for Saturday, Sunday or Monday must be received by 3pm on Friday.

Complex Admission

Admission is required for all of your team’s coaches, athletes and spectators visiting ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex*.  Admission tickets are available for pre-arrival purchase through Disney Sports Travel at 407-939-7810, Option #3 and may be purchased at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Box Office upon arrival. 


  • Daily admission**

  • Length-of-event admission**

  • Children Under 3: No Charge



* If you have purchased a travel package from Disney Sports Travel that includes Theme Park Tickets, a length-of-event admission ticket may be included in your package and, if so, would not need to be purchased separately.  Please check with Disney Sports Travel to confirm if a length-of-event admission ticket is included in your package at 407-939-7810, Option #3. 

**All ticket sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

On-Site Event Check-In

A representative from your team is required to check-in to the event once you have arrived at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Please see the detailed on-site event check-in schedule below.

To help expedite your on-site event check-in process, please be sure to:

  • Finalize all roster changes prior to arrival
  • Complete waivers prior to arrival
  • Account for travel time to arrive at the appropriate check-in location

Required Documents

WAIVERS

All of your participants appearing on the roster (coaches, athletes, staff, etc.) must sign an event waiver. Waivers may be downloaded at the links below, and all waivers must be presented at team check-in when you arrive for the event.

Open races will be conducted according to USATF rules.

Awards

Awards will be available approximately 30-60 minutes after the finish of each event. Individual medals will be presented to the top three (3) finishers in each event. Overall team awards will be given to the top three (3) teams per gender.
