  • Early Registration Fee: $145 per team/per athlete gender if paid before December 23, 2013
  • Regular Registration Fee: $185 per team/per athlete gender if paid December 24, 2013 through March 11, 2014
  • Early Individual Athlete Registration Fee: $20 per athlete if paid before December 23, 2013
  • Regular Individual Athlete Registration Fee: $25 per athlete if paid December 24, 2013 through March 11, 2014

ELIGIBILITY

  • High School: High school athletes in grades 9-12. Must be a current member of your state High School Athletic Association as well as under the rules of the National Federation of State High School Associations, and be able to compete according to your state's rules and regulations.

Travel Packages

A limited number of specially priced rooms have been set aside at Disney's All Star MoviesResort. Rooms start at $155 per night plus tax. Please call 407-939-4686 to inquire about availability.

Theme Parks

Registered teams and their spectators are eligible to purchase specially priced theme park tickets. Teams will be sent a password to order theme park tickets online once their registration for the event has been confirmed. Call your Disney Track & Field Sales Manager at 407-938-3803 with any questions.

Dining Options

ESPN Wide World of Sports Grill
The ESPN Wide World of Sports Grill is a quick-service restaurant located at the entrance to the sports complex. Menu items include burgers, sandwiches, and salads as well as an assortment of desserts and beverages.

Dining Options Ordering Boxed Meals
Teams have the option to place catering orders in advance of their trip for quick, easy and well balanced boxed meals, bulk beverages, and/or snacks. The convenience of having your meals planned in advance will save on time and stress.


Place your order at least 2 business days prior to the event date. Deliveries for Saturday, Sunday or Monday must be received by 3pm on Friday.

Complex Admission

Spectator admission is required for all events at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.


Daily admission:
$16.50 per day for ages 10+
$11.50 per day for ages 3-9
Free admission for children under the age of 3.

On-Site Event Check-In

Friday, March 14:     4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, March 15:     6:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

A representative from your team is required to check-in to the event once you have arrived at Walt Disney World Resort. Please see the detailed on-site event check-in schedule below. If you will be checking in at a Disney Resort, the on-site event check-in location will be near the resort's Guest check-in counter.

To help expedite your on-site event check-in process, please be sure to:
  • Finalize all roster changes prior to arrival
  • Complete waivers prior to arrival
  • Account for travel time to arrive at the appropriate check-in location

Required Documents

WAIVERS
All of your participants appearing on the roster (coaches, athletes, staff, etc.) must sign an event waiver. Waivers may be downloaded at the links below, and all waivers must be presented at team check-in when you arrive for the event.

Rosters & Eligibility

High School
Must be a current member of your state High School Athletic Association as well as under the rules of the National Federation of State High School Association, and be able to compete according to your state’s rules and regulations. Only grades 9 through 12 are eligible to participate according to NFHS sanctioning guidelines.

HIGH SCHOOL RULES

To be eligible to compete in the High School division, your team must be eligible to compete according to your official state High School Athletic Association rules and regulations.

  • High School races will be conducted according to the National High School Federation rules.
  • Maximum number of athletes a High School team may enter in each event is limited to three (3).
 

AWARDS

Awards will be available approximately 30-60 minutes after the finish of each event. Individual medals will be presented to the top three (3) finishers in each event. Overall team awards will be given to the top three (3) teams per gender.
