Disney College Spring Training

Registration for Disney College Spring Training is now open!

All athletes and coaches must purchase the Disney Spring Training package through Disney Sports Travel to participate. Please call (407) 938-3800 for more information.

Team Entry Fees and Deadlines
Team Registration: $1,000
Registration closes December 1, 2019

Your Disney Spring Training experience includes:

• One complimentary team welcome meal
• All games and practices (including officials and scorekeepers)
• Athletic trainers at all activities (games, practices and clinics)
• Water provided at all fields and dugouts
• Game balls for games
• Shaded spectator seating at all fields

Refund and Cancellation Policy
In the event a team must cancel their visit to Disney Spring Training, please use the following timeline:

• We must be notified in writing by December 1, 2019 in order to receive a full refund of the entry fee.
• Any cancellation after December 1, 2019 will result in no monetary refund.

Online Registration and Scheduling System
All teams will register through our online registration and scheduling system, GotSport. Each team will need to enter their own unique username and password to begin the application process. Returning teams may use the same username and password from a previous year’s account.

Accepted teams will be able to access this system throughout the process by signing in at GotSport.

All athletes and coaches must purchase the Disney Spring Training package* to participate. Player and coach package includes:

• Minimum 3-night accommodations at one of the following: Disney’s Pop Century Resort or Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort (based on availability).
• Credentialed access to ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex for players and coaches.
• Roundtrip bus transportation for Disney Spring Training events to ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex for all teams staying at select Disney Resorts.
• Transportation to and from Orlando International Airport and your Disney Resorts with Disney’s Magical Express.

Disney College Spring Training Travel Packages start at $240 per person (based on quad occupancy) at Disney’s Pop Century Resort and $308 per person (based on quad occupancy) at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. Spectators traveling with your team can also take advantage of specially-priced Walt Disney World hotel and theme park ticket packages. Your Disney Sports Travel agent can also assist with ticket upgrades, additional room nights, vehicle rentals and airfare options.

*All package prices listed are per person based on a 4-person occupancy standard room. The number of packages available at this rate are limited and advanced reservations are required. Minimum night stay required. No more than 4-persons per room. Additional fees may apply if more than 2 adults per room. Tickets are valid only on the specific dates of the event and for a limited period of time before and/or after the event. Each day this ticket is used at any theme park constitutes one full day of use. Some activities and events may be separately priced. Age restrictions may apply for access to certain facilities. Numbers of visits depends on number of days of Disney theme park tickets purchased. Ticket types and entitlements subject to change without notice. Tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable. Parking is not included unless staying at Walt Disney World Resort hotels. Sports specially-priced packages are for participants and their spectators only. No other discounts apply. Coach's Credit

Complimentary Team Meal
By participating, your team can enjoy one complimentary team meal at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex! You can enjoy this meal whichever works best for your team.** Teams will be sent more information and a link to order closer to arrival.

Multiple Team Incentive
Register multiple teams from your school to Disney Spring Training at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and receive additional coach’s credit for each team.

4 teams or more	$400 additional credit per team

Event Transportation

Event transportation to and from ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex is provided at Disney's Pop Century Resort or Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort for those who purchase a travel package through Disney Sports Travel. All teams must provide their own transportation to and from off-site venues not scheduled by Disney Spring Training team.

Transportation to and from the Walt Disney World Resort Golf Courses and select Disney Resorts is also available. Transportation via taxi to and from select Disney Resorts is provided at no charge. You may request a ride at the Valet Desk or from Bell Services at Resort hotels, and in the Pro Shop or from any golf operations staff members at the Walt Disney World Resort Golf Courses.

Events may be subject to availability, capacity limits, eligibility requirements, and may be subject to delay, change, or cancellation for inclement weather. Disney's Magical Express motor coach transportation is to and from Orlando International Airport and your Disney Resort hotel. Event transportation is to and from your Disney Resort hotel and ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex during event activities only.

Capture every exciting moment of your competition with the ESPN Wide World of Sports Gameday Photos Service. You can register your team for a Team Photo CD for only $10.00 per athlete and coach. Your entire team must add this option to their travel package in order for this discounted rate to apply.

The price includes a Team Photo CD for one game (minimum of 150 photos). Additional games are available for purchase. Photographers will be scheduled to photograph at our discretion. Schedules are subject to change due to weather, game delays and other unforeseen circumstances. Reservations subject to availability.

Each team's schedule requests should be entered into GotSport according to the due dates listed below. While requested activities and times are not guaranteed, we will do our best to fulfill as many team requests as possible. Schedules are designed based on availability, hours of operation, and team requests. All Spring Training activities are subject to availability, cancellation and/or change without notice. Final schedule elements, including but not limited to locations, times of day, opponents, type and quantity of activities are at the sole discretion of ESPN Wide World of Sports scheduling.

• Register for Disney Spring Training. The registration fee is due within 7 days of receiving your welcome email.
• Contact Disney Sports Travel at (407) 939-7810 to book travel packages. Your Disney Sports Travel Coordinator will see you through the booking process.
• Access GotSport to complete schedule requests.
• Submit initial rooming list to Disney Sports Travel 60 days prior to arrival. Confirm Disney Magical Express reservation with Disney Sports Travel.
• Make final payment to Disney Sports Travel 30 days prior to arrival.
• View schedule in GotSport. A final copy will be received at on-site check-in.

Admission is required for all of your team's coaches, athletes and spectators visiting ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. All athletes and coaches receive a length-of-event admission credential as part of their Disney Spring Training package.

Teams have the option to participate in Express Check-In to help expedite the check-in process. To participate, coach and player waivers will need to be uploaded into the team's GotSport account 3 weeks prior to arrival. A team representative is still required to attend On-Site Check-In to pick up player and coach credentials. For more information on Express Check-In please visit the link below.

On-site event check-in will be conducted at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex for each team. Location and time will be included on each team's individual schedule. A team representative should attend check-in to deliver completed waivers and pick up admission credentials. A final copy of the team's schedule will also be handed out.

Waivers

Coaches and players are required to sign a Disney event waiver in order to participate. Teams may participate in Express Check-In by uploading completed waivers into GotSport. Documents must be uploaded 3 weeks prior to arrival date. Please visit the On-Site Check-In section to learn more.

Ordering Fresh Prepared Meals
For convenience, teams have the option to place catering orders in advance of their trip for quick, easy and freshly prepared meals, bulk beverages and snacks.


Place your order at least 2 business days prior to the event date. Orders for Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays must be received by 3:00 PM on Friday.

Disney Dining Plan
When you book your Disney Spring Training travel package, consider adding on a Disney dining plan. A Disney dining plan is a convenient and flexible way to enjoy meals and snacks at many of the restaurants and food service locations at Walt Disney World Resort. Dining plans can be used at our theme parks, at Disney Springs, and at Walt Disney World Resort hotels. Guests at ESPN Wide World of Sports can use dining plan credits at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Grill*, at the Tailgate Grill Food Truck and at select roaming food carts throughout the complex.
