The 2020 NFL Pro Bowl makes its return for the third year to Orlando for a week-long celebration of football’s top talent, with festivities kicking off at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex next week. With a full schedule, free to the public, of family activities, entertainment and lots of football, don’t miss the any of the action of the NFL Pro Bowl Experience. AFC and NFC Team Practices
Come see some of your favorite NFL players prepare for the big game at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex! Team practices are free and open to the public with the NFC and AFC practices occurring simultaneously (with schedule subject to change without notice.) See the following practice tentative times:

2020 Pro Bowl Skills Showdown
Don’t miss this exciting competition between AFC and NFC All-Stars as they test their athletic abilities in unique events! The 2020 Pro Bowl Skills Showdown is on Wednesday, January 22, at 1:30 PM. The stadium gates for Skills Showdown will open at 11:30 AM, and fans are invited to come early to ESPN Wide World of Sports to enjoy AFC/NFC player practices and Pro Bowl Experience. 2019 Pro Bowl Experience
Bring the whole family out for the football fun as fans of all ages can participate in immersive exhibits, take photos with the Vince Lombardi Trophy, and more during the 2020 Pro Bowl Experience. The immersive fan zone is available on Fields 19 & 20 at ESPN Wide World of Sports during the following hours:
  • Wednesday, January 23, 2019 | 10AM – 6PM
  • Thursday, January 24, 2019 | 10AM – 6PM
  • Friday, January 25, 2019 | 10AM – 8PM
  • Saturday, January 26, 2019 | 9AM – 8PM

NFL FLAG Championship Game
The NFL FLAG Championship Games for age groups 9-10 coed, 11-12 coed, and 13-14 girls will be kicking off Saturday, January 25 from 12PM – 2PM at ESPN Wide World of Sports. Pro Bowl players will be taking part as honorary coaches for the games as well – come watch and cheer them on!

2020 Pro Bowl Pep Rally at Disney Springs
Want even more Pro Bowl fun? Head over to Disney Springs on Saturday, January 25 from 4PM – 7PM, for the 2020 Pro Bowl Pep Rally at the Marketplace Stage with a lively mix of fun that includes NFL Team Mascots and Cheerleaders, NFL and Disney Trivia, a DJ Dance Party and more. With shows taking place at 4:00 pm., 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., you’ll have plenty of chances to celebrate the sport and maybe even score a photo or autograph!


Tips for Visiting ESPN Wide World of Sports

Food & Beverage
A variety of options are available for grabbing at bite while visiting the Complex. The ESPN Wide World of Sports Grill, located across from Champion Stadium, will be open serving burgers, sandwiches, and salads as well as an assortment of desserts and beverages. The restaurant also has a full bar which is open during the restaurant operating hours.

Merchandise
Commemorate your Pro Bowl Week experience with exclusive merchandise available at various locations throughout ESPN Wide World of Sports including the ESPN Clubhouse Shops located near the Box Office and at Champion Stadium.
