What personal items can I bring inside ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex?
Guest can bring professional photography and recording equipment, wagons, folding chairs and umbrellas inside ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Please be sure to view the Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules for a full list of items not allowed inside of ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
Can we drop off our team equipment ahead of time for events that we are registered for?
For select events taking place at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Diamondplex or MARATHON Sports Fields at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, teams will be able to drop off equipment in the designated drop-off zone for loading onto an equipment cart. Please follow the signs to the designated zones. One team representative must escort the equipment to the field. The equipment cart is for transportation of equipment only.
Are there admission fees to enter ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex?
For Guests who are not athletes or coaches participating in an event, an admission fee is required for entrance into ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
General ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex admission prices are as follows:
- Adults (ages 10+): $19.50
- Children (ages 3 – 9): $14.50
For many events, length-of-event admission tickets are available. See event-specific information for pricing.
Please note that Premium and Special Events may require additional charges. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
How can I view daily highlights from events at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex?
For Guests visiting the Complex during the day, be sure to check our Digital Boards and Info Screens located throughout the facility. Event highlights are packaged together just as you might see them on SportsCenter.
Can I wear a costume at ESPN Wide World of Sports events?

Can I bring flags to events at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex?
For the safety of all of the spectators and athletes, please be sure to adhere to the following rules regarding bringing flags to events at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex:
- No flags of any kind that are larger than 3’ x 5’, regardless of how flag is intended to be carried, are permitted
- Flag poles cannot be longer than 4 feet or have a diameter of more than 4 inches
- No metal flag poles are permitted. Flag poles can be made of wood, plastic and/or PVC
- Flag poles must have rounded or flat ends. No decorative or sharp ends will be allowed
Can I bring a cooler inside ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex?
Guests must adhere to the following Cooler Policy:
- Guests my bring a single cooler for personal use
- Coaches may bring a single cooler for team use
- ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex reserves the right to limit cooler number and size based on potential obstruction for other Guests and safety
- For safety concerns, cooler use is restricted in indoor venues
- Coolers are not allowed at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex during certain separately ticketed events
- You may not bring Alcoholic beverages and glass containers into ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex
What happens if there is inclement weather during my event at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex?
In the event of inclement weather, including lightning, all competitions will be halted and all Guests will be directed by public address announcements and Disney Cast Members to appropriate shelter areas. Please refer to tournament rules for information on specific policies for your event.
Can I bring a tent to my event at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex?
Yes, you may bring your personal tent to events at the Complex, however, you must adhere to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex Tent Policy, which lists the following stipulations:
- Only pop-up style tents are allowed, however no stakes, ropes or weights are permitted
- The tent can be no larger than 10’ x 10’
- All tents must be removed from ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at the end of the day. No tents can be left overnight
- Tents must be taken down during storms
- ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex is not responsible for damage to any personal tents
- We reserve the right to require tents be taken down for visual obstruction, weather or blocking flow of traffic
- Tents are not permitted to display any advertising or logos
Is there a Lost and Found location at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex?
If you lose an item during your event at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, please visit the Box Office next to the Clubhouse Merchandise shop. If your event has ended, please visit the Walt Disney World Resort Guest Services Lost & Found page for more information on last and/or found items.
Are there banking services or ATMs available at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex?
While ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex does not have an on-site banking facility, we do provide ATM services for our Guests. There are currently 2 ATM locations available at The Complex. They can be located at the official ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex guide map or by asking a Cast Member.
The current ATM locations are:
- Box Office ATM
- The Stadium Entrance ATM

Is equipment and locker storage available at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex?
Locker room and storage facilities are available at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, however they are not available for all competitions, events and functions. To learn whether your team is eligible to utilize these facilities during your visit, please contact your designated event manager.
Are wheelchairs available at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex?
Yes, complimentary wheelchairs are available for use on a first come, first served basis. The ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex cannot guarantee wheelchair availability and strongly encourages the use of personal mobility devices.
Does ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex have an on-site response team for handling medical emergencies and other medical assistance?
Yes, during events, athletic trainers, provided by AdventHealth, are present at the Complex and are able to respond to athlete injuries. Athletic trainers, provided by AdventHealth, may also be available for preventative taping pre-event, subject to availability and other restrictions.
Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) are available at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, as well as the Walt Disney World Resort. AEDs can be used by any Cast Member or guest in response to a cardiac emergency. No training or certification is required, as the device will prompt the user with step-by-step verbal instructions.
