Atlanta Braves Spring Training will return to ESPN Wide World of Sports for the 22nd and final season in 2019. Don’t miss your chance to experience the magic one last time!

Prepare for a day at the ballpark! Here is everything you need to know for your trip to Atlanta Braves Spring Training at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.

General Rules

The following items are not allowed at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex for Atlanta Braves Spring Training games:

  • Bags larger than 16" x 16" x 8"
  • Outside food or drinks (one individual sized non-alcoholic beverage/food item permitted)
  • Hard-sided Coolers
  • Glass Containers
  • Umbrellas
  • Lawn chairs
  • Banners/Flags
  • Noisemakers
  • Weapons

NOTE: All bags will be inspected prior to entering the stadium. The MLB has implemented the use of walk through metal detectors at all stadium entrances to ensure the safety of all guests. Guests in wheelchairs and those with medical devices that may set off the detector are subject to alternative screening methods.

NOTE: Tailgating not permitted on Walt Disney World property.

Smoking Policy

Smoking not allowed in seats or concourse area. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.

Children

All ages are welcome. Ages 0-2 admitted free on ticket holder's lap (no ticket required). A ticket is required for all children 3 and older.

Will Call

Located at Guest Services (left-hand side of the main entrance). Opens 3 hours prior to the game. Customer must present the actual credit card used for the purchase, a photo ID and Ticketmaster order number in order to receive tickets.

Directions & Parking

From I-4 East & West: Take exit 65 (Osceola Parkway West); take a left into ESPN Wide World of Sports at Victory Way and follow signs.

General parking is complimentary.

Rain Policy

The Atlanta Braves, adhering to Major League Baseball guidelines, make every possible effort to play games on scheduled dates. If a game is canceled or shortened due to inclement weather conditions, please keep your ticket. The below outlines the rain policy and refund procedures.

A spring training baseball game becomes an OFFICIAL game:
  • After 4½ innings have been played if the visiting team is behind
  • After 5 innings when the Braves are behind or there is a tied score

NO REFUNDS will be issued for OFFICIAL games that are shortened due to rain.

Refunds are NOT available at the Box Office.

If a game is shortened before it becomes official due to rain, you may obtain a refund by following the instructions below:

SEASON TICKET HOLDERS REFUND POLICY Season ticket holders will automatically be issued a refund for non-official games shortened due to rain to the form of payment used for their season ticket package.

NON-SEASON TICKET HOLDERS REFUND POLICY In order to receive a refund for tickets for non-official games shortened due to rain purchased directly from the ESPN Wide World of Sports box office, you must mail ticket(s), receipt(s) and this completed form by April 13, 2019.

TICKETMASTER® PURCHASES Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster® will automatically be issued a refund for non-official games shortened due to rain to the form of payment used to make the original purchase.

SUITE AND GROUP TICKET HOLDERS Suite and Group Tickets purchased through the Premium Sales team will automatically be issued a refund for non-official games shortened due to rain to original purchaser via the original form of payment.

Refunds will be given ONLY to the original purchaser via the original form of payment.

Wheelchair

ESPN WWOS Wheelchair Rental Price

Daily: $12
A refundable $100 deposit is required.
Wheelchair pickup and return is at the ESPN Clubhouse Shop.
When exiting, simply return your wheelchair to the rental counter, and your deposit will be returned at this time.


Know Before You Go

Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Reservations are not accepted, and quantities are limited. Please plan to arrive early.
Guests must be 18 years of age to rent wheelchairs. A photo ID is required.
The maximum weight is 350 pounds. Wheelchairs are not designed to hold more than one person.
You are welcome to bring and use your own wheelchair throughout Walt Disney World Resort.
