- 4-game guarantee on major league quality fields. ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex is home to Atlanta Braves Spring Training and has hosted two Tampa Bay Rays regular season series games.

A Baseball Sales Manager will review all applications and notify your team of its status as soon as possible. Upon acceptance into the tournament, your team entry fee must be paid in full immediately to guarantee your spot. This entry fee will not be charged to your card until you have been accepted into the tournament, and covers all of the tournament benefits listed above. Waivers MUST be completed by all athletes/coaches. In order to be on the field of play in this event, all athletes and coaches are required to complete a waiver form and bring it to On-Site Check-In.

From fast waterslides to a Wave Pool with six-foot waves, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon is fun for the whole family. Disney Turn Back the Clock Weekend party guests enjoy exclusive access to popular attractions including Storm Slide, Humunga Kowabunga, the Wave Pool, the Main Beach area, and Sand Volleyball.
Tournament party includes:

The ESPN Wide World of Sports Grill is a quick-service restaurant located at the entrance to the sports complex. Operating hours may vary by season. Menu items include burgers, sandwiches, and salads as well as an assortment of desserts and beverages. The restaurant also has a full bar which is open during restaurant operating hours.
Ordering Boxed Meals
Teams have the option to place catering orders in advance of their trip for quick, easy and well balanced boxed meals, bulk beverages, and/or snacks. The convenience of having your meals planned in advance will save on time and stress. .
Place your order at least 2 business days prior to the event date. Deliveries for Saturday, Sunday or Monday must be received by 3pm on Friday.

Capture every exciting moment of your competition with the ESPN Wide World of Sports Gameday Photos Service. You can register your team for a Team Photo CD for only $8 per athlete and coach. Your entire team must add this option to their travel package in order for this discounted rate to apply.
The price includes a Team Photo CD for one game (minimum of 150 photos). Additional games are available for purchase. Photographers will be scheduled to photograph at our discretion. Schedules are subject to change due to weather, game delays and other unforseen circumstances. Reservations subject to availability.
The price for an Individual Photo CD Package is $89.95 pre-arrival and $99.95 once on-site.

Before distributing these forms:
- Before distributing these forms, the coach should print the Team/School Name & Division in the "Event Information" section on the form.
- Photocopy the number of forms you require.
- There is no limit to the number of athletes and coaches you wish to bring, but all are required to purchase a participant package.
- All minors (under age 18) must have a parent or legal guardian sign the "Release and Indemnity" section.
- The Coach is responsible for photocopying, distributing, collecting, and returning all waivers.
- All waivers should be brought to registration.
To maintain the integrity of the event, all participating players are required to submit a birth certificate confirming their age and eligibility. Birth certificates are due 30-days prior to arrival and may be faxed by your coach or team manager to 407-938-3442. Failure to meet any of these requirements will render a player ineligible to participate in the tournament. Any team found to be using an ineligible player would forfeit all Disney Baseball Tournament games in which the ineligible player has participated.
Please view the tournament rules for details regarding eligibility and the results of the use of an ineligible player or the use of player on multiple teams.
Rosters & Eligibility
No player shall be listed on more than one team roster. If it has been determined that a violation of this rule has transpired, penalties may include: player, coach and/or team disqualification(s) from the tournament and/or forfeiture of games played with ineligible players. No player can appear in a tournament game for more than one team.
